Released 28 July 2022 – The Benchmade 15500-3 Meatcrafter® is a hybrid hunting fixed blade built for precision in food preparation and field use. With CPM-S45VN steel enhanced by Benchmade’s SelectEdge® technology, it delivers a fine, smooth edge for trimming, deboning, or slicing. The OD Green G10 handle, orange Cerakote® ring, and dual-coloured Boltaron sheath make it an ideal tool for fireside cooking, butchering, or boning at camp.

Benchmade partnered with Work Sharp Tools to create the 14° Guided Hone Tool, specifically designed for SelectEdge™ knives, featuring a ceramic rod and leather strop to maintain sharpness. For a limited time, this knife included a free Hone Tool (now sold separately).
